The main goal is to ensure operational excellence by optimizing production processes, guaranteeing product quality, and ensuring the safety of teams and facilities. This involves successfully carrying out development projects while maintaining a high-performing and safe working environment.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire production chain, managing teams, and implementing and monitoring quality and safety standards. You will also be responsible for optimizing workflows, inventory management, and preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.

• Planning and organizing production activities.
• Quality control and conformity of finished products.
• Management of operational teams.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene rules.
• Monitoring performance indicators and proposing areas for improvement.
• Management of the production budget.

Holder of a Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Production/Maintenance or Quality

8 years of experience in a similar role is essential to succeed in this position. Experience in an industrial printing company is an important asset.

We are looking for someone with strong skills in team management, organization, and problem-solving. An excellent understanding of production, quality, and safety issues is fundamental. The ability to manage and motivate teams, as well as a knack for analysis and quick decision-making, are essential.
