Supervisor, Talent Acquisition

Job Summary



We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Supervisor to help manage our organization's human capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, , developing, and retaining the best talent, as well as developing strategies to help our organization meet its long-term goals. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will report directly to the HR director



Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategies for hiring, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in the organization.

  • Manage projects related to talent acquisition and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership.



  • Lead employer branding initiatives

  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

  • Contribute to employee retention and development

  • provide recruitment guidance and advice to HR professionals using employment and hiring data



  • Elaborate/update job descriptions

  • Elaborate/update organigrams in HR system



  • Represent the company in career fairs, assessment centers or other events

  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

  • Keep up to date with emerging trends and best practices in talent


Requirements and skills




  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding

  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles

  • Excellent communicator

  • Well-organized

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth multinational environment preferred

  • Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

  • 4 years of experience in talent acquisition
