Scope: Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.
Responsibilities:•Planning / Booking / Transportation of customer orders••File Creation•Coordination, follow up and arrangement of documents for shipments with carriers & service providers•Updating of PSA BDP systems•Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)•Recording Cost & Revenue in systems, Invoicing, Invoice dispatch.•Documentation and filing•Customs documentation and customs clearance•Punctual and flawless end to end order processing and documentation•Operational troubleshootingKPI Management and Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced office.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
- Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude.
- Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
