PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning / Booking / Transportation of customer orders
  • File Creation
  • Coordination , follow up and arrangement of documents for shipment s with carriers & service providers
  • Updating of PSA BDP systems
  • Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
  • Recording Cost & Revenue in systems, Invoicing, Invoice dispatch.
  • Documentation and filing
  • Customs documentation and customs clearance
  • Punctual and flawless e nd to end order processing and documentation
  • Operational troubleshooting

KPI Management and Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced office.
  • Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
  • Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude.
  • Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
