Job Description
As a Recruiter, you will take the lead in driving the growth of the region by effectively implementing and managing Vialto's recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing sustainable talent pipelines, as well as attracting top-tier talent and fostering diversity across all organizational levels.
- Partners with the local leaders to understand the strategic growth plans to successfully deliver recruitment strategies while ensuring a positive experience for our candidates and hiring teams
- Utilizes market intelligence data to develop robust recruitment strategies tailored to each location in both experienced and early career roles
- Responsible for driving activities that enhance proactive sourcing efforts to increase the number of quality candidates through networking, competitive sourcing, referrals, early careers, etc.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging recruitment trends
- Supports in implementing Talent Acquisition tools optimizing processes and keeping track of talent market trends and competitors’ measures
- As you grow in your role you will have the opportunity to: Lead a team of recruiters and sourcers (based regionally) to deliver exceptional results through a collaborative leadership style that both inspires and motivates and/or lead and mentor more junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experiences
- Fluent English is a must
- min 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience working in international organizations
