We are looking for a Service Administrative Intern for a period of 6 months, starting in December 2024.
Integrated into the Technical Service, you will report to the Technical Service Manager.
Your daily life will be punctuated by the following missions:
-Provide back-office support to the Technical Service teams through Roche Field Service solutions, including management of cases closure due to blocked cases from billing;
-Regularly provide update of the Rexis Database (Instruments installation, Uninstallation, and maintenance contracts);
-Collaborate with the Team Leaders to prepare necessary documents and schedule instrument implementations with customers, manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, and upload maintenance reports to the finance for invoicing processes regarding the customers with equipment without contracts;
-Manage spare parts inventory for the car stock of the technical service engineers, ordering, and collaborating with supply chain for order follow-ups;
-Collaborate with business partners (e.g., water units, UPS, 3rd-party materials) to track daily pending issues and manage reminders;
-Daily monitoring and updating of internal systems cases for Technical service engineers; open dispatch, and follow up on cases through to closure;
-Manage document flow between Roche, and the customers, including contracts, proposals, quotations, and repair requests.
Who you are
-You hold a Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Economy, Business Administration, or any related area;
-You are at an early stage in your career. Fresh graduates will be preferred
-Having a basic understanding of healthcare system is preferred;
-You are eager to work with diverse cultures;
-You are curious and have passion for learning new things, and have high degree of integrity and courage;
-You have excellent communication and innovative skills;
-French, Fluency in written professional English would also be appreciated.
