GENERAL MISSION:
The Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician is responsible for carrying out analyses and quality controls on raw materials, in-progress products, and finished products to ensure their compliance with current standards and regulations .
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Carrying out analyses and quality controls:
Take samples of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
Perform physico-chemical and microbiological analyses according to established procedures.
Verify the compliance of results with specifications and quality standards.
2. Monitoring and managing laboratory equipment
Ensure the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Check the proper functioning of devices and report any anomalies.
Ensure the traceability of analyses by entering results into databases.
3. Applying quality and safety procedures
Follow laboratory protocols and best practices.
Apply hygiene, safety, and environmental protection rules.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis methods and quality processes.
4. Collaboration with other departments
Work closely with production and quality control teams.
Participate in investigations in case of non-compliance and propose corrective actions.
Write analysis reports and communicate results to the relevant departments.
Required profile :
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (2-3 years of higher education) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Quality, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of laboratory experience, ideally in an industrial environment.
