Reporting to the General Management, the Operations Director is responsible for managing the multi-agency network and aligning field teams with Group directions.
He/she guarantees:
• Operational performance (execution, quality, compliance, productivity),
• Commercial dynamics (motivation, pipeline discipline, conversion),
• Management rigor (KPIs, rituals, action plans),
• Headquarters-field coordination (feedback, arbitration, standard deployment).





Key Responsibilities

1) Network Management & Performance
• Manage multi-site performance: activity, margin, productivity, service quality, meeting client commitments.
• Control deviations and implement improvement plans (branch / area / portfolio).





2) Management & Motivation
• Manage Area Managers and Branch Managers: objectives, coaching, execution discipline.
• Establish management rituals: weekly reviews, monthly committees, quarterly performance reviews.
• Strengthen a culture of responsibility: clear objectives, shared indicators, dated action plans.





3) Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
• Map and optimize critical processes: recruitment, onboarding, file management, invoicing, timesheet tracking, dispute resolution, debt collection in coordination with Finance.
• Structure a continuous improvement approach: simplification, standardization, controls, reduction of friction points.
• Deploy a "quality / compliance" logic (traceability, documents, internal control, meeting client requirements).





4) Commercial Motivation (in conjunction with the sales department)
• Ensure commercial motivation of the network: objectives, targeting, prospecting, conversion rates, priority management.
• Monitor commercial KPIs and secure execution (visits, offers, follow-ups, CRM discipline).
• Contribute to structuring large accounts: delivery quality, national consistency, satisfaction.





5) Management Interface & Cross-functional Coordination
• Centralize field feedback and propose factual arbitration to General Management.
• Co-manage cross-functional projects (IT, Finance, HR) impacting operational execution.
• Lead transformation projects (processes, tools, organization).




Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5) (business school, engineering, or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years in multi-site operational management.
• Proven experience in an environment with high execution demands: temporary work/HR services, or comparable sectors (retail, multi-agency services, banking/insurance with a network, B2B distribution).
• Solid management culture: KPIs, action plans, rituals, priority management, arbitration.
• Field leadership: ability to unite, redirect, decide, ensure execution, and maintain standards.
• Clear, results-oriented communication, ability to manage complexity and urgency.
