Provide quality customer service by phone, handle customer requests and offer appropriate answers/solutions to their needs in terms of advice and product offers.
Your tasks will be as follows:
- Handle customer requests,
- Advise and inform clients/prospects on current offers,
- Promote and sell the bank's products and services by phone,
- Update and enrich customer data,
- Initiate customer complaints,
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and banking procedures.
