Provide quality customer service by phone, handle customer requests and offer appropriate answers/solutions to their needs in terms of advice and product offers.

Your tasks will be as follows:





  • Handle customer requests,

  • Advise and inform clients/prospects on current offers,

  • Promote and sell the bank's products and services by phone,

  • Update and enrich customer data,

  • Initiate customer complaints,

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and banking procedures.
