Job :
Depending on your level of responsibility, you will contribute to the smooth running of service while respecting the Resort's quality standards:
- Commis Waiter:
- Prepare the dining room before service (setup, table setting, cleaning).
- Assist the waiting team during service (carrying dishes, serving bread and water, clearing tables).
- Maintain the cleanliness of the station and help reset tables.
- Support the Head Waiter and Assistant Head Waiter in their daily tasks.
- Assistant Head Waiter:
- Actively participate in setup and welcoming guests.
- Take orders to support the Head Waiter.
- Serve food and drinks according to the Resort's standards.
- Supervise the Commis Waiter and ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Head Waiter:
- Welcome and advise guests with elegance and professionalism.
- Manage the complete service of a section, from setup to payment.
- Supervise and train the staff in their section.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the quality of every detail of the service.
