Job :
The Office Manager ensures the smooth internal operation of the company by managing administrative, logistical, relational, and operational aspects. He or she plays a strategic role in supporting management, coordinating internal networks, and managing high-level travel and visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Management Support:
- Manage the schedules and priorities of the country director.
- Organize travel (transportation, accommodation, logistics) for Management Committee members.
- Prepare strategic meetings (materials, minutes, coordination) for the Director and Management Committee.
- Confidential liaison with key partners and stakeholders
Internal Coordination and Networks:
- Facilitate internal networks (communication, cohesion, information sharing)
- Implement collaborative routines and synergy-building moments
- Monitor cross-functional projects and internal initiatives
Purchasing Management:
- Identify needs for supplies, equipment, and services
- Negotiate with suppliers and track orders
- Ensure cost optimization and service quality
Logistics and Office Management:
- General Services: Supervise premises (maintenance, security, layout)
- Manage stock, supplies, and equipment
- Organize rearrangements and technical interventions
Visit and Event Management
- Welcome and take care of VIP visitors and partners
- Coordinate internal and external events
- Create smooth and elegant experiences for guests
Required profile :

Profile:
