Ensure administrative follow-up of projects (planning, deliverables, deadlines)




Centralize and update project documents




Ensure the interface between the Project Manager, internal teams, and external partners




Participate in the preparation and follow-up of steering committees




Administrative management




Manage administrative files and archiving (physical and digital)




Track simple budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports




Update dashboards and monitoring indicators




Organization and communication




Contribute to the smooth flow of information




Ensure compliance with internal procedures




Guarantee the confidentiality of information processed
