Your role will be central to the fluidity of daily HR operations. The main objective is to provide impeccable administrative support to HR teams and employees, ensuring the compliance and efficiency of processes. You will actively contribute to optimizing personnel file management and implementing HR policies. The ambition is to make you a pillar of our department, recognized for your rigor, proactivity, and ability to anticipate needs. Your tasks will be varied and rich, placing you at the heart of HR activities. You will be responsible for physical and telephone reception, directing callers, and relaying relevant information. A significant part of your role will involve managing the administrative aspects of personnel files, from hiring to departure, ensuring meticulous updating and archiving of documents. You will participate in preparing variable payroll elements and monitoring social declarations. Planning and organizing training for teams, from invitations to logistical management, will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to internal communication by relaying important information and participating in the dissemination of memos. You will also be in charge of managing administrative supplies and monitoring stock.
