Job :
- Provide support to project owners during the scoping and design of a project.
- Manage the bank's various projects (process redesign, implementation of a new product, implementation of new regulations, organization of an entity, implementation of new tools/systems, etc.)
- Provide functional support to the bank's entities for writing requirement specifications, terms of reference, and during acceptance testing before deployment.
- Ensure change management for the various projects.
- Write circulars, procedures, tool sheets, FAQs, user guides, and training materials.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree +5 years of higher education, from an engineering school or business school,
- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in organization and project ownership support in the banking sector.
