Administrative and Financial Manager -RAF- (M/F) | Berrechid (Morocco)

Reporting to General Management, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all of the company's administrative and financial activities.




Main tasks (standard RAF in industry):





  • Supervise general accounting, analytical accounting, and treasury.

  • Ensure the reliability of financial statements and their regulatory compliance.

  • Prepare and validate periodic and annual accounting closures.

  • Manage cost control and ensure cost optimization.

  • Prepare budgets, monitor their execution, and analyze discrepancies.

  • Manage taxation and ensure compliance with legal and social obligations.

  • Supervise internal and external audits.

  • Lead and manage accounting and financial teams.

  • Maintain relationships with banks, administrations, and financial partners.

  • Contribute to strategic decisions as a partner to General Management.



Required profile :

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.

  • If experience outside of industry: Minimum 10 years required.

  • Proficiency in Moroccan accounting and tax standards, and management tools.

  • Strong skills in team management and budget control.

  • Leadership, rigor, and strategic thinking.
