Reporting to the Head of the Human Resources Development Department, your responsibilities include:
Participating in defining and implementing the training policy in collaboration with the Head of the Human Resources Development Department and the Human Resources Director.
Analyzing training needs reported by the managers of the Groupe Smeia entities.
Developing the draft of the annual training plan and its related budget, and submitting them for approval by authorized personnel.
Monitoring the implementation of the approved training plan.
Required profile :
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience in a similar role.
