As part of our continued development, we are recruiting Managers.

Reporting to the Management Unit Manager, your main tasks will be as follows:
- Provide an appropriate response to the client;
- Manage subscriptions (validation of new business) and the life of the contract
- Inform and advise the client on the product concerned by the request;
- Respond to client requests/complaints appropriately, ensuring reasonable timeframes and quality of response.
Required profile :
You are recognized for the following qualities/skills:
- Ability to anticipate deadlines, respect timelines, and manage priorities;
- Team spirit;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Proficiency in office software;
- Respect for information confidentiality.
