Job :

We are hiring Customer Advisors for inbound call handling with commercial upselling, dedicated to supporting clients throughout their moving process, as well as for service retention and renewal.
Your mission:
Provide personalized support to clients during their move, ensure service continuity, and develop customer value through appropriate loyalty and sales actions.




As an Advisor, you will be responsible for:




Handling and processing inbound calls related to moving requests,




Actively listening to clients, analyzing their situation, and assisting them at each stage of the process,




Ensuring contract updates and service continuity during address changes,




Implementing retention actions to limit cancellations,




Proposing renewal offers and complementary services tailored to expressed needs,




Making relevant commercial upselling as part of a consulting approach,




Applying internal procedures and using dedicated professional tools,




Reporting any useful information to improve service quality,




Meeting and exceeding qualitative and quantitative objectives (satisfaction, loyalty).






Required profile :

We are looking for motivated and attentive candidates who have:




- A high school diploma (Bac) or higher level of education,
- An excellent command of French, both spoken and written,
- A strong sense of customer service and a commercial mindset,
- Good computer skills,
- Punctuality, reliability, and a sense of commitment.
