Main responsibilities and activities:
• Contractualization of partnerships (central and territorial level):
- Participate in the creation of partnership agreements with partners, in coordination with the central level and territorial representations.
- Ensure the follow-up of the contractualization process: drafting, validation, signing, and archiving of agreements and addendums.
- Ensure consistency between central agreements and their territorial adaptations.
- Act as the interface between partners, territorial teams, and internal departments (legal, finance, operations).
• Monitoring of collections and recovery:
- Monitor the collection of subsidies according to contractual schedules.
- Implement and maintain tools for monitoring collections.
- Carry out recovery reminders to partners in case of late payment, in coordination with management.
- Contribute to processing partner requests related to collections.
• Reporting, creation, and submission of reports:
- Ensure the creation, consolidation, and submission of narrative and financial reports required by partners.
- Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and contractual formats.
- Digitize data collection from central and territorial teams necessary for report preparation.
- Prepare reporting elements for steering committees, technical committees, and governance bodies.
• Operational monitoring and coordination:
- Monitor the implementation of partnerships in the field.
- Identify risks, malfunctions, or delays and propose corrective actions.
- Populate and update the partnership information system (agreements, collections, reports, indicators).
- Support the Division Manager in producing analytical and summary notes.
• Implementation and improvement of tools and procedures:
- Contribute to the definition, formalization, and implementation of procedures related to partnership management (contractualization, financial monitoring, reporting, recovery).
- Implement steering and monitoring tools (dashboards, tracking matrices, reporting tools).
- Ensure the standardization of templates (agreements, addendums, reports, financial statements).
- Ensure the reliability and traceability of partnership-related data.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes in conjunction with central and territorial teams.
Required profile :
- Hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in business school, management, finance, project management, or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in monitoring partnerships, funded projects, or institutional programs.
