Processing and following up on customer requests (calls, emails, complaints)
Updating and ensuring the accuracy of customer databases
Monitoring customer files and respecting response deadlines
Contributing to the improvement of customer satisfaction through rigorous follow-up
Participating in the analysis of customer feedback and proposing areas for improvement
Required profile :
Education: Bac+2 to Bac+4 in commerce, management, marketing, or communication.
Mastery of French (written and spoken)
Knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage and follow customer files
Service-oriented and customer-focused
Good communication and active listening skills
