Job :

Reporting to the Director of Multichannel Distribution & Partnership, your main responsibilities will include:

Supervision of commercial process streamlining
Follow up on the process of setting up credit operations (new business, renewal, restructuring), ensure the verification of data entered in the information system, and check the conformity of legal documents;
Validate guarantee requests;
Contribute to the timely completion of extensions;
Centralize opinions on derogation forms and notes before submitting them to General Management for approval.
Ensure follow-up of credit lines with partner banks.
Supervision, Monitoring, and Reporting
Implement and supervise the production of reports related to commercial activity for various internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure synergy with the Multichannel Distribution & Partnership Directorate to optimize commercial and operational animation with external partners and funders.
Define the allocation of annual objectives per branch in line with the overall budget, ensuring balanced and relevant distribution.
Ensure regular monitoring of process-related indicators, analyze discrepancies, and propose corrective actions to maintain and improve certified standards;
Stimulate branch activity through structured management of the Commercial Action Plan (PAC) and rigorous monitoring of KPIs, with analysis of deviations from objectives;
Supervise the establishment of the authorization balance and ensure its reconciliation with the Commitments Department;
Prepare presentations for the Customer & Network Pole and minutes of meetings.

Collection of commissions
Analyze overdue files and coordinate the quarterly commission collection campaign according to current procedures.
Handling of complaints
Process and supervise customer complaint management, ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines.

Management and leadership of the entity
Monitor productivity and quality of service;
Design management rules and procedures specific to the department's activity and ensure their application;
Lead and advise department employees and ensure the development of their skills;
Develop department objectives and evaluate the performance of employees under your responsibility.
 




Required profile :


Required Behavioral Competencies





·Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management / Finance;





·Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position in the banking sector;





·Knowledge of banking products;





·Commercial management;





·Mastery of commercial animation techniques;





·Mastery of customer relationship management;





·Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
