Based in Sidi Maarouf, this Artificial Intelligence Specialist position offers you the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with a talented team. Your main mission will be to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications.

As an Artificial Intelligence Specialist, you will participate in the integration and design of artificial intelligence solutions for our business.

Your main missions will be:

• Analysis and synthesis of company data: Develop an AI capable of using all available information about a company and its group to generate a relevant summary usable by the prospecting team (context sheet + personalized commercial arguments).

• Improvement of commercial performance: Design tools for analyzing phone calls (speech-to-text, NLP, argument analysis) to identify strengths and weaknesses in commercial exchanges.

• Contribution to new AI projects: Actively participate in future thinking and developments around integrating AI into our internal tools (e.g., product recommendations, task automation, customer scoring).

• Technical proposal generation: Be a driving force in suggesting AI solutions adapted to business needs (CRM, prospecting, customer relations).

This position will allow you to develop your skills and expertise in web development, while contributing to the success of our projects.

To succeed in this role, a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent is required. A specialization in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, or deep learning would be an asset.

You have solid web development skills. You have the ability to solve problems and work in a team, in a stimulating and demanding environment. Here is a list of essential skills:

• Mastery of Python and major AI/ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, spaCy, HuggingFace Transformers.


• Knowledge of natural language processing techniques (semantic analysis, automatic summarization, text generation, sentiment analysis).


• Experience (even academic or student project) in speech-to-text and voice analysis (e.g., Whisper, SpeechRecognition).


• Solid basics in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and integrating AI into application environments (APIs, microservices).


• Knowledge in model deployment and management (Docker, cloud, Git).
