GENERAL MISSION:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting commercial targets
• Centralize all information on the activity and customers to be prospected.
• Define the means to be used to make commercial approaches effective.
• Present and adapt the commercial offer to the needs expressed by the targeted accounts.
2. Customer account management and development
• Ensure regular follow-up of customer needs.
• Negotiate and close contracts.
• Build customer loyalty and develop existing accounts.
3. Technical support and demonstration
• Provide technical support and advice to professional clients.
• Conduct necessary technical demonstrations and participate in industrial tests at client sites.
4. Operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Ensure excellence in contract execution.
• Provide after-sales service.
• Evaluate and strive to enhance customer satisfaction.
Required profile :
- A Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in commerce or a technical field, or an agricultural engineer degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales (B2B).
Technical skills:
- Contribute to the company's technological and competitive watch
- Identify and analyze new customer needs
- Participate in defining the company's commercial policy
- Respond to calls for tenders
