GENERAL MISSION:





MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting commercial targets
• Centralize all information on the activity and customers to be prospected.
• Define the means to be used to make commercial approaches effective.
• Present and adapt the commercial offer to the needs expressed by the targeted accounts.

2. Customer account management and development
• Ensure regular follow-up of customer needs.
• Negotiate and close contracts.
• Build customer loyalty and develop existing accounts.

3. Technical support and demonstration
• Provide technical support and advice to professional clients.
• Conduct necessary technical demonstrations and participate in industrial tests at client sites.

4. Operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Ensure excellence in contract execution.
• Provide after-sales service.
• Evaluate and strive to enhance customer satisfaction.
 




Required profile :

  • A Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in commerce or a technical field, or an agricultural engineer degree.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales (B2B).
     



Technical skills:





  • Contribute to the company's technological and competitive watch

  • Identify and analyze new customer needs

  • Participate in defining the company's commercial policy

  • Respond to calls for tenders

  • Develop a customer portfolio

  • Sell industrial products

  • Ensure service efficiency from signature to installation

  • Provide after-sales service (technical assistance)

  • Utilize a customer relationship management tool.

  • Ability to lead and present.

  • Use IT and digital tools
