Job :
As part of our business development, we are looking for a housekeeper with solid experience in the hotel industry, who wishes to put their skills to use in a demanding yet caring clinical environment.
Main tasks:
- Supervise the upkeep, cleaning, and organization of rooms and common areas,
- Coordinate the work of floor and reception teams to ensure smooth and quality service,
- Manage inventory and ensure regular supply of linen, cleaning products, and other consumables.
- Ensure workplace safety and health: risk prevention, incident management.
- Coordinate quality-related activities: complaint and claim management, audits.
- Monitor the training of staff under their responsibility in cleaning techniques.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in accommodation management or Housekeeper diploma,
- Significant experience as a housekeeper, acquired in the hotel sector or within a healthcare facility,
- Ability to work in a team and manage conflict situations,
- Strong sense of organization, rigor, and responsibility.
