Job :
Analyzes investment opportunities and participates in transaction execution:
- Collects and analyzes information needed to study target companies:
- Performs industry & financial analyses,
- Develops fund portfolio valuation,
- Studies documentation on the target company (business plan in particular);
- Participates in meetings with the management of target companies;
- Participates in the acquisition audit (due diligence);
- Participates in writing memos for the Investment Committee;
- Participates in the divestment process.
Required profile :
Profile required:
Academic background: Master's degree (Bac+5), Business or Engineering School, or equivalent university degree.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of professional experience desired in Investment Capital, Investment Banking, or Audit firms.
