Job :
We are looking for Credit Consolidation Advisors.
As an intermediary between the client and our banking partners, you will be at the heart of supporting our clients' financing projects.
Tasks:
- Prospect and advise clients in the context of credit consolidation.
- Identify needs and propose suitable solutions. - Ensure quality commercial follow-up to build customer loyalty.
- Achieve performance objectives set by management.
- Conduct interviews to understand client needs and propose solutions for customized bank loans.
- Create simulations and analyze financial situations.
- Prepare files and ensure follow-up until funds are released.
- Follow up with clients to optimize returns.
- Negotiate the best terms with our partner banks.
Required profile :
- Degree in Banking, Finance, or Business (Bac+5 level)
- You have significant experience in sales and advising individual clients
- You particularly enjoy customer relations by phone
- You demonstrate versatility, responsiveness, and accuracy in your daily work
- Dynamic, with good listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities, you like to push your limits and be rewarded for your performance
- Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written.
- Significant experience in a sales or customer service role.
- A real passion for sales objectives.
- Ease in customer relations, especially by phone.
- Versatility, responsiveness, and rigor are your watchwords
