Job :
Ensures, within the framework of the nursery's strategic and operational orientations, the monitoring of compliance with instructions, supervision of the nursery's technical activities, and ensuring the quality of plants in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines.
Required profile :
Your responsibilities:
- Assist the production director in developing production plans according to BU objectives.
- Coordinate production activities to optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure that production deadlines and costs are met.
- Report any deviation or non-compliance with the production program.
- Monitor and report on the nursery's technical activities.
- Participate in plant cultivation and ensure follow-up of operations.
Profile sought:
• Education: Bac +2 to Bac +5 in Agriculture
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a position in the agricultural sector, ideally in a nursery
