Missions:
Reporting to the logistics department, your main missions will be:
- Coordinate human and material resources to ensure the accuracy of preparations, the quality of loads, and the punctuality of shipments, in compliance with internal procedures.
- Organize the work of the preparation and loading teams according to daily priorities and departure schedules.
- Plan preparation activities based on the order schedule.
- Develop the loading schedule according to transport slots.
- Assign human resources according to priorities, volumes, and emergencies.
- Ensure the accuracy of prepared orders (references, quantity, quality, labeling, and product condition).
- Ensure coordination between preparation and upstream/downstream areas.
- Check the accuracy of prepared pallets before shipping.
- Supervise WMS entries and shipment traceability.
- Ensure coordination with carriers and internal departments.
- Ensure the safety of loading operations.
- Monitor performance indicators.
- Report discrepancies to the Logistics Manager.
Required profile :
Education:
- - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics or management desired.
- - Additional training in flow management or transport is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience in logistics preparation and shipping.
- Good experience in team leadership.
Required Skills:
- Mastery of order picking methods.
- Mastery of shipping, consolidation, and loading processes.
- Good knowledge of WMS tools and transport documents.
- Ability to manage peak activity, emergencies, and logistical unforeseen events.
- Rigor, organization, responsiveness, stress management.
- Strict adherence to safety rules and use of PPE.
