Job :
The Warehouse and Stock Management Team Leader is responsible for organizing and monitoring physical stocks and unloading operations at the central warehouse.
Reporting to the logistics department, your main tasks will be:
Receiving Management:
- Manage receiving operations according to the delivery schedule.
- Ensure the smooth flow from reception → control → storage.
- Manage on-site teams (loaders, forklift operators, data entry clerks).
- Coordinate unloading with vehicle drivers.
- Ensure the conformity of received goods in terms of quantity and quality.
- Check the correct entry of receipts into the system (via dedicated agents).
- Report delivery or quality issues to managers.
Stock Management:
- Supervise stock movements and ensure consistency between physical stock and system stock.
- Check critical locations and areas at risk of shortage or overstock.
- Analyze movement history to detect anomalies or inconsistencies.
- Organize inventories, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure the update of storage plans in line with actual flows.
Required profile :
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in stock management or in flow and transport management.
- Training in WMS logistics information systems.
- Training in management or QHSE is a plus.
Experience:
- Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in stock and receiving management or an equivalent position.
- Good experience in team supervision.
Required Skills:
- Good command of logistics and storage flows.
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory tools.
- Reactivity and composure in case of overload.
- Sense of order and organization.
- Availability and presence on the ground (90% of the time).
- Management of truck flows and secured unloading areas.
