You will play a key role in the well-being of employees and the quality of work life.




Your tasks:





  • Support employees facing personal or health difficulties.

  • Advise and guide towards suitable resources.

  • Ensure confidentiality and manage social files.
    Implement actions that promote health and work-life balance.


Required profile :

  • You hold a degree in social or paramedical field (Bac+3 minimum) and have at least 3 years of experience in social support.

  • You are fluent in French and show listening skills, empathy, and discretion.

  • Your support skills and your ability to handle sensitive situations, especially those related to employee health and well-being, will make the difference.
