Azura is looking for an Operational Quality Manager Laboratory to join its teams. 

Your main mission will be to supervise, within the framework of strategic orientations and supplier quality assurance objectives, the teams in the field for the deployment of quality control operations upon reception.

You will be operationally responsible for:

• Planning and supervising sampling, sample collection, and quality control activities carried out by technicians.
• Validating critical laboratory control results and approving reports before dissemination.
• Ensuring the compliance of analyses performed with current control references and standards.
• Organizing and monitoring the calibration, maintenance, and availability of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensuring the management, support, and evaluation of laboratory technicians.
• Interpreting and analyzing control results to identify trends, anomalies, or deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and laboratory protocols.
• Overseeing the proper classification and archiving of laboratory data, reports, and records.
• Updating and improving laboratory documentation (operating procedures, control plans, control ranges) used within the laboratory.
• Establishing periodic reports on laboratory activities, incidents, and performance.
• Managing non-compliant products and services.
• Managing the Laboratory team.

- Required Profile:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in quality control or process engineering.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Master quality control techniques, operational performance, technical and regulatory requirements, as well as problem-solving methods.
• Master digital tools related to the Purchasing Quality Information System (SI Qualité Achat).
• Possess skills in project management, risk management, and supplier quality development.
• Demonstrate effective communication, exemplary professional conduct, strong interpersonal intelligence, and the ability to act as a business partner.
