We are looking for several Account Managers to join our sales team in Casablanca.

What you will do

• Develop Hilti's presence and increase profitable sales in your sector.


• Implement a sales strategy based on complete and packaged solutions.


• Identify, analyze, and manage opportunities through the Sales Management process.


• Monitor competitive activity and implement appropriate action plans.


• Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, integrators, and end customers.


• Ensure the development of key products and support new product launches.


• Conduct demonstrations, training, and tests to optimize the customer experience.


• Achieve set objectives and ensure optimal coverage of the customer portfolio.


• Thoroughly understand your market: players, prices, trends, deliveries, quality issues... and report regularly.

What you bring

• Engineering degree.


• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the construction or materials sector.


• Strong ability to build lasting relationships and solve field problems.


• Proficiency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.


• Autonomy, teamwork, and customer focus.


• Valid driver's license.
