We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator for our Agadir site. Your main mission will be to ensure effective coordination between scheduling and packaging operations, thus guaranteeing optimal planning and smooth execution of activities. As part of your role, your main tasks will include:

• Respecting schedules and client/product requirements;


• Managing the team and supervising the work of Schedulers;


• Ensuring communication with other departments (Quality/Packaging/Shipping/Technical...);


• Maintaining improvements in workflows and procedures;


• Generating and tracking dashboards.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Industrial Engineering/Logistics or equivalent, with at least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the agri-food sector. Knowledge of production and scheduling processes will be a major asset for success in this position. The required skills for this role include:

• Mastery of production scheduling and planning tools and associated software;


• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments;


• Rigor, organization, and reactivity to manage unforeseen events;


• Being results-oriented.
