As part of developing high-end real estate projects, we are hiring a Phone Sales Agent dedicated to setting qualified appointments.
Reporting to the Sales Department, you will play a key role in sales performance by being the first point of contact with our prospects.
Your responsibilities
• Contact qualified prospects by phone (leads provided)
• Professionally and attractively present high-end real estate projects
• Identify the needs, maturity level, and potential of prospects
• Convince and schedule qualified appointments for field sales representatives or management
• Follow up with prospects (follow-ups, appointment confirmations)
• Update the CRM and sales tracking tools
• Achieve the set goals in terms of quantity and quality of appointments
