Job :

  • Participate in market watch by staying regularly informed about the medical (publications, recommendations, etc.), regulatory (pricing, reimbursement policies, etc.), and competitive (players, competitors, products, etc.) environment

  • Identify and formulate, based on analyses, development opportunities for each product

  • Propose promotional strategies for validation (strategic objectives, sales forecasts, market penetration rates, product positioning, etc.)

  • Translate promotional strategies into a prioritized and budgeted operational marketing plan

  • Participate in budget development in terms of sales objectives

  • Develop promotional tools and materials in compliance with regulatory and legal constraints

  • Develop product arguments and ensure the training of delegates on the marketing aspect (mastery of communication axes, market, competition, etc.)

  • Ensure the follow-up of action deployment (with medical representatives), analyze the results, and propose any measures aimed at promoting the products within its scope and improving their performance
     



Required profile :


Profile:





  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in Science or Marketing

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Possess a strong analytical and observational mind

  • Be agile and able to adapt to situations

  • Be sensitive to marketing culture

  • Have excellent teamwork skills

  • Have good interpersonal skills and good transversal communication abilities



Required Skills:





  • Knowledge of the medical environment and healthcare industries

  • Good knowledge of products, markets, competition, and stakeholders

  • Techniques for budget development and monitoring.
