Job Details

Job :

  • Management and supervision of the Value Chain Management unit (objectives and KPIs).

  • Design and management of value chain related initiatives.

  • Responsibility for standards, governance, and processes within your scope.

  • Definition and management of budgets for activity development.

  • Management of several operational units within VCM.

  • Proposal and implementation of measures to improve performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change, and team growth.

  • Functional responsibility for Value Chain Management at the national level.




Required profile :

  • Degree: Master's degree (BAC+5)

  • Significant professional experience in the automotive or aeronautical sectors.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership and team management role.

  • Perfectly fluent in English and French.
