Reporting to the technical department, the Project Engineer is involved in the entire project lifecycle, from design to operational monitoring, bringing transversal technical expertise.

In this role, their main responsibilities are:

• Participate in all phases of design and technical planning of projects.


• Write technical specifications, defining the project specifications, requirements, and constraints.


• Carry out reliable budget estimates by evaluating costs related to resources (materials, labor, equipment).


• Develop detailed execution plans, integrating deadlines, priorities, and operational constraints.


• Ensure operational project monitoring, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical specifications, and work quality.


• Coordinate construction sites in collaboration with external contractors, design offices, and internal stakeholders.


• Ensure smooth communication between all project stakeholders to ensure its consistency and good progress.


• Provide technical support to the maintenance department and contribute to resolving issues related to existing infrastructure.


• Create, update, and maintain plans, technical diagrams, and P&IDs using CAD tools (AutoCAD).

With an Engineering degree (industrial engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent), you have a strong technical foundation and confirmed experience in managing technical projects.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent ability to develop and analyze technical specifications.


• Good knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, industrial automation, and mechanics.


• Proficiency in design tools, especially AutoCAD.


• Knowledge of project management methods and processes.


• Proven ability to analyze and control project execution costs.
