Job :
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare client contracts upon receipt of the proposal from the operations team
- Review the scope of work and the financial terms of contracts
- Coordinate end-to-end with all stakeholders (Senior Team, clients, vendors, legal functions) through to final contract signature
- Follow up internally and externally to accelerate the contract-signing process for client and vendor agreements
- Screen and onboard new vendors
- Track and follow up on billing and collections to reduce payment lead time / days sales outstanding (DSO)
