Job :
Main missions include:
- Lead and ensure the efficiency of the Operations Quality auditors team
- Ensure regular communication with the team and ensure a good understanding of the company's Quality policy
- Provide continuous training for Quality staff according to needs
- Supervise Quality management activities during sampling and pre-production phases
- Ensure the validation and release of production areas and equipment, and approve new equipment
- Ensure the control and handling of non-conforming products
- Lead and/or support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions following internal and external non-conformities
- Develop, monitor, and lead the Quality Improvement plan to achieve set objectives
- Participate daily in Quality meetings with production (line QRQC)
- Be authorized to stop production and/or shipments in case of non-conformity risk
- Ensure and control compliance with the Quality plan for new projects (product and process validation)
- Coordinate and ensure the approval of procedures related to production processes
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Education level: Engineering degree
- Major: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Languages: Fluency in French and English required
