To strengthen its teams, Sofrecom Maroc, a subsidiary of the Orange group, is looking for a Technical Lead Data Quality for a permanent contract in Casablanca.
Main objective of the position:
- Lead the Smart Services program, a strategic portfolio aimed at improving the service quality of critical applications (Orange Money, Max it, Zebra, Kaabu...) in the MEA region. The position combines technical leadership, operational monitoring, and cross-functional coordination with a strong focus on data, monitoring, and industrialization topics.
Missions:
- Deploy and maintain application supervision tests (E2E, back-end, API) to simulate user journeys on critical services (Orange Money, Max it, Zebra, Kaabu, ...).
- Monitor service availability in real-time using robots and dashboards, integrated from the development phases (QoS by Design approach).
- Design and maintain a multi-source data collection architecture (API, CSV, scraping, etc.), adapted to country/service specificities.
- Implement and automate validation rules to ensure the quality and integrity of KPIs.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Zoom Tracker) for SLA monitoring, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Ensure automatic generation and distribution of consolidated reports (PDF, API, email) at a regional level.
- Coordinate crowdsourcing collection projects (OOKLA, META...) that industrialize processing pipelines, including through Machine Learning-based classification algorithms.
- Administer test environments (Go Live preparation, timeouts, liveness monitoring).
- Automate recurring tasks (batch, scripts, API calls) to optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead the continuous improvement loop with subsidiaries, facilitate incident reporting, and coordinate corrective action plans.
- Participate in internal communities of practice and promote knowledge sharing between countries.

Required profile :
Profile sought:
- +7 years of experience on full stack projects with high requirements (super app, product platform, multi-tenant SaaS, distributed IT)
- Significant experience with at least two backend frameworks (Spring Boot/Quarkus and Node.js/NestJS)
- Concrete experience in advanced Flutter and/or Vue.js development
- Strong background in API-centric design, modularity, CI/CD, advanced testing
- Ability to seamlessly integrate AI-powered solutions into user journeys or backends
