In this role, the Telemaintenance Technician performs the following tasks:

Remote Maintenance:
- Receive incoming calls,
- Troubleshoot our clients' security systems,
- Modify electronic system settings,
- Perform remote preventive maintenance visits,
- Enter intervention requests,
- Write an intervention report,
- Pre-qualify faults to facilitate the work of the field technician.

Assistance:
- Assist clients experiencing difficulties using their security systems.
- Provide our consulting services to clients,
- Propose improvements to systems and their configurations,
- Analyze the status of the network connected via telemaintenance,
- Organize telemaintenance tools, methods, and processes. 

Associate degree (Bac+2) in: (Electrotechnics, Electronics, Home Automation, or IT).

Previous professional experience in the same field is required.

Good command of the French language.

Skills:
- Knowledge of electronic security solutions (CAVI) is a plus.
- Good command of IT technologies.
- Knowledge of basic "IT hygiene" principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
