As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our authorizations department by recruiting an Authorizations Manager in Casablanca.

Assigned to the Expansion Department, your role is to ensure the obtainment, follow-up, and renewal of all administrative, technical, and regulatory authorizations necessary for the opening, operation, and compliance of stores, in coordination with the relevant authorities and organizations.

Missions and Responsibilities:

• Manage all procedures related to administrative authorizations for the opening and operation of stores;


• Prepare, submit, and track authorization files until their final obtainment;


• Maintain relations and coordinate with the relevant authorities and organizations (municipalities, prefectures, technical services, civil defense, ONEE, health authorities, etc.);


• Monitor the progress of files and follow up with the administrations concerned;


• Collaborate closely with the works, prospecting, technical, and operations departments;


• Ensure the regulatory compliance of stores according to current legislation;


• Prepare and provide progress reports on authorizations;


• Contribute to the opening of stores within the planned deadlines;


• Limit the risks of penalties, sanctions, or administrative closures;


• Ensure the permanent compliance of stores with regulatory requirements.

Profile sought

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in law, management, or administration, you have proven experience in a similar role, ideally in mass retail, retail, or store opening projects.


• Proficiency in administrative and technical authorization procedures;


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with authorities;


• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
