Main responsibilities of this position:

• Identify recruitment needs in close collaboration with the different departments of the company.


• Write and post effective job offers on various sourcing channels.


• Conduct proactive sourcing actions to identify potential candidates, using a variety of tools and networks.


• Conduct pre-screening interviews and in-depth interviews to assess technical and behavioral skills.


• Collaborate with operational managers to select final candidates.


• Manage administrative aspects related to recruitment, including onboarding follow-up.


• Develop and maintain a qualified candidate database.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and HR tools.


• Represent the company at recruitment events and on professional networks.


• Maintain constant awareness of employment market trends in the Aeronautics/Space sector.

Profile sought:

• Bac+4 to Bac+5 degree in human resources, personnel management, or business management.


• Experience of 3 to 5 years, ideally in an industrial environment.


• Mastery of recruitment and evaluation techniques.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
