Join a dynamic company in the food industry as a Management Controller. Based in Casablanca, your role will be essential in optimizing the financial performance of our organization.

Your main mission will be to analyze financial data, develop budget forecasts, and propose strategic recommendations to support the company's growth and profitability. You will be a key player in performance management and decision-making support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• The development and monitoring of budgets, plans, and forecasts.


• Analysis of variances between actual results and budget, and proposal of corrective actions.


• Production of periodic financial reports and management dashboards.


• Participation in cross-functional projects requiring in-depth financial analysis.


• Optimization of management processes and internal control.

Ideally holding a Master's degree or higher, your academic background should include a specialization in Audit / Consulting or a similar field.

Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the food industry or a complex environment, is required. Initial significant experience in an audit or consulting firm would be a major asset.
