Job :

Time to market (TTM) refers to the time it takes from a molecule's interest to the product's sale. Reducing this time helps gain competitiveness, capture opportunities faster, and meet business team needs before competitors. It requires effective coordination and agility.




Job objective:






Lead the planning, execution, and finalization of launches within deadlines, while ensuring coordination of internal stakeholders.


Main tasks:





  • Lead new product launches

  • Coordinate launch task forces with business teams (internal).

  • Track launch schedules & prices & marketing authorizations

  • Communicate on projects (reporting).

  • Alert on risks and monitor TTM indicators

  • Follow up on brands with the legal team and business teams

  • Manage the TTM portal

  • Update data.

  • Act as the link between business teams (industrial, R&D marketing, legal, medical, support, regulatory) and technical teams (IT, publishers).

  • Monitor performance indicators related to CRM usage.

  • Support internal users in using the TTM portal

  • Participate in the functional evolution of the TTM portal (gather needs, test, deploy).

  • Support the creation of business digital tools


Required profile :

  • Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in project management, engineering, pharmacy, IT, marketing, or equivalent.

  • Good experience in project management.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Sharepoint)

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
