Job :
Time to market (TTM) refers to the time it takes from a molecule's interest to the product's sale. Reducing this time helps gain competitiveness, capture opportunities faster, and meet business team needs before competitors. It requires effective coordination and agility.
Job objective:
Lead the planning, execution, and finalization of launches within deadlines, while ensuring coordination of internal stakeholders.
Main tasks:
- Lead new product launches
- Coordinate launch task forces with business teams (internal).
- Track launch schedules & prices & marketing authorizations
- Communicate on projects (reporting).
- Alert on risks and monitor TTM indicators
- Follow up on brands with the legal team and business teams
- Manage the TTM portal
- Update data.
- Act as the link between business teams (industrial, R&D marketing, legal, medical, support, regulatory) and technical teams (IT, publishers).
- Monitor performance indicators related to CRM usage.
- Support internal users in using the TTM portal
- Participate in the functional evolution of the TTM portal (gather needs, test, deploy).
- Support the creation of business digital tools
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in project management, engineering, pharmacy, IT, marketing, or equivalent.
- Good experience in project management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Sharepoint)
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
