Job :
Integrated into consulting teams, you will participate in high-value missions with banking clients, including:
- Participation in organization and strategy consulting missions
- Analysis of business processes and existing organizations
- Contribution to defining strategic recommendations
- Production of deliverables (diagnostics, framing notes, presentation materials)
- Interaction with client teams and participation in project committees
- Possibility of international travel depending on the missions
Required profile :
The candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Perfect command of French and English
- Availability for international travel
- Degree from a Moroccan or foreign business or engineering school
- Maximum 3 years of experience in consulting or auditing
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to structure and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Adaptability and teamwork spirit
- Knowledge of the banking sector is a plus
