Here are some of the tasks you will be performing:
Management of daily store operations: opening and closing, stock management, receiving goods, etc.
Team management: recruitment, training, support, motivation, performance evaluation.
Implementation and monitoring of commercial actions: promotions, events, customer loyalty.
Customer relationship management: problem-solving, complaint handling, customer satisfaction monitoring.
Analysis of performance indicators: turnover, margin, conversion rate, etc.
Competitive monitoring and adaptation of commercial strategies.
Compliance with internal standards and procedures.
Your organizational skills, your attention to detail, and your ability to take initiative will be valuable assets for carrying out your daily tasks.
Required profile :
A minimum of a 2-year degree (Bac +2) in Sales / Commercial / Export is required for this position. Further training in management would be an additional asset. Your academic qualifications, combined with your experience and motivation, will enable you to succeed brilliantly in this responsible role.
We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 10 years of experience in store management, ideally in the Other Services sector. Your experience in team management and implementing commercial strategies will be a decisive asset.
