Join our dynamic company in the Other Services sector as a Store Manager in Laayoune , Morocco! This key position will allow you to use your leadership skills and commercial expertise to manage a high-performing store and contribute to the success of our brand.




Your main mission will be to maximize the store's performance in terms of turnover, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the daily management of the store, motivating the teams, and implementing effective commercial strategies to meet and exceed the objectives set by management. Continuous improvement of operational processes and development of the store's brand image will also be central to your concerns. You must ensure a positive and motivating work environment for your employees, fostering cooperation and mutual respect. Your ability to anticipate market needs and adapt your strategies accordingly will be a major asset for success in this role. Developing your team is an essential mission so that they feel integrated and can thrive.




Here are some of the tasks you will be performing:






  • Management of daily store operations: opening and closing, stock management, receiving goods, etc.


  • Team management: recruitment, training, support, motivation, performance evaluation.


  • Implementation and monitoring of commercial actions: promotions, events, customer loyalty.


  • Customer relationship management: problem-solving, complaint handling, customer satisfaction monitoring.


  • Analysis of performance indicators: turnover, margin, conversion rate, etc.


  • Competitive monitoring and adaptation of commercial strategies.


  • Compliance with internal standards and procedures.



Your organizational skills, your attention to detail, and your ability to take initiative will be valuable assets for carrying out your daily tasks.






Required profile :

A minimum of a 2-year degree (Bac +2) in Sales / Commercial / Export is required for this position. Further training in management would be an additional asset. Your academic qualifications, combined with your experience and motivation, will enable you to succeed brilliantly in this responsible role.




We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 10 years of experience in store management, ideally in the Other Services sector. Your experience in team management and implementing commercial strategies will be a decisive asset. Your professional experience has allowed you to develop a broad understanding of how a store operates.




This position requires a candidate with a set of specific skills, including:
