Job :
_ Ensure the launch and promotion of real estate programs, from the sales phase to delivery.
_ Actively participate in the operational implementation of the commercial strategy for each project.
_ Lead operational and strategic marketing in direct coordination with the Marketing Department, while respecting defined budgets and deadlines.
_ Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns as well as the design of communication materials and tools to promote the projects.
_ Implement and monitor the annual marketing plan in line with the defined objectives.
_ Conduct competitive intelligence, benchmarks, and customer/prospect satisfaction surveys.
_ Lead and coordinate online and offline marketing actions, analyze performance, and optimize conversion and budgets.
_ Plan and supervise multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing deadlines and costs.
_ Organize and supervise events and trade shows in Morocco and internationally.
_ Process and analyze prospect databases.
_ Supervise the creation of digital content for social media and online advertising campaigns.
_ Write marketing content for various media (flyers, websites, social media, etc.).
_ Prepare sales support tools in collaboration with sales teams.
_ Consult, negotiate, and monitor service providers (orders and invoicing).
_ Set up and monitor marketing KPI dashboards (leads, CPL, visits, conversion rates, cost per booking).
_ Work on the CRM: structuring processes (lead management, pipelines), continuous improvement of workflows, marketing automation actions (phone, WhatsApp, email), and monitoring proper functioning.
_ Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the setup and animation of sales offices.
Required profile :
_ Education: Master's degree (Bac+5 or higher) in Marketing, from a top business or management school.
_ Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience required, 5 years preferred in a similar role.
_ Skills:
Proficiency in computer tools.
Database analysis and processing.
Good knowledge of media, communication channels, and digital marketing.
Knowledge of the service provider environment and their consultation methods.
_ Personal qualities: Good writing and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, analytical mindset, results-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
